Valencia cherishes its huertas, or orchards, filled with citrus fruit trees that thrive despite the dry climate. Here, visitors will discover water monuments, also known as fountains, and celebrations of greenery, or gardens. This provincial capital, the third largest city in Spain, also boasts a range of museums and ancient monuments and buildings, all with a unique Moorish and maritime touch.
