Bikaner India

Bikaner is, after Jaisalmer, one of the main attractions of the North Indian desert. There you'll be able to experience a bit of the atmosphere from the times when this city was a compulsory stop for the caravans of the Silk Route that connected Central Asia with the sea ports of Gujerat. As you'd expect, Bikaner also has its own fort. Junagarh Fort, as it's known, is one of the few in all of India that's never been conquered.
