Tivat is situated in the heart of the Boka Kotorska bay. Despite being the newest town in the Boka region, Tivat boasts numerous intriguing and appealing destinations. The Renaissance Summer House Buca in the city center, Ostrvo Cvijeca (Island of Flowers) with its sacred monuments, Gornja Lastva, the ancient core located 300 meters above sea level, the stunning Plavi Horizonti beach, and the island of Sv. Additionally, the development will foster a lively coastal community of waterfront residences, hotels, restaurants, shopping, water sports, and leisure facilities. But that's only part of the story – the rest is the destination itself. Porto Montenegro is nestled within one of the world's most picturesque nautical playgrounds: the Bay of Kotor. A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Bay of Kotor is Europe's southernmost fjord and the largest natural harbor in the eastern Mediterranean.
