BARILOCHE (03 NTS)

DAY 01 - BARILOCHE

Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 02 - BARILOCHE

Breakfast. Departure on an excursion to the Circuito Chico. The trip begins from Bariloche along Av. Bustillo bordering Lake Nahuel Huapi. At Km 8 you will find Playa Bonita, from where you can see Huemul Island, 10km away. Further on, after crossing different landscapes, you will reach the foot of Cerro Campanario (ASCENT NOT INCLUDED). From the base, a chairlift takes visitors up to 1,500 m.a.s.l. At the top there is a cafeteria and above it there is a terrace that allows you to admire one of the most complete and beautiful views of all the surroundings: Lakes Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno. Laguna El Trébol. Peninsulas Llao Llao and San Pedro, Victoria Island. Otto, López, Goye and Catedral hills and the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.

Resuming the tour, you enter the Villa de Llao Llao, where you will find the San Eduardo Chapel, a jewel of regional architecture, and the magnificent Llao Llao Hotel, a true symbol of the place and the home of the great architect Alejandro Bustillo, which was inaugurated in 1939. The important and picturesque Puerto Pañuelo can be seen over the lake. After skirting Lake Escondido, the road passes over the Angostura Creek bridge, where the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes meet. Passing through Bahía López, at the foot of the hill of the same name, you arrive at Punto Panorámico at km 40 at 945 m.a.s.l. where you can appreciate the majesty of the landscape that constitutes Lake Moreno and the Llao Llao peninsula. Skirting Lake Moreno you reach the bridge that allows you to cross this lake and then walk along the shore of the El Trébol lagoon and at km 45 you join up with the initial route. We will continue along this path until we take the detour that in a few kilometers will take us to the base of Cerro Catedral, where we will find the main ski center in Argentina. 

Depending on the time of year, in this place you can enjoy the snow (July to September) you can walk around the base of the hill where there are several gastronomic options to have lunch (LUNCH NOT INCLUDED) and you will have free time if you wish, to climb the mountain (ASCENT NOT INCLUDED) and enjoy wonderful panoramic views. 

At the time agreed with the guide, we will return to the city of Bariloche. 

Accommodation.

DAY 03 - BARILOCHE

Breakfast, free day. We suggest taking an optional excursion to see different landscapes in the region.

DAY 04 - BARILOCHE

Breakfast. At the time set with the guide, transfer to the airport to take your flight (airfare not included).

We inform you that according to the new Tax and Tariff Ordinance, which the Municipal Council of San Carlos de Bariloche has sanctioned, an Eco Tax has been established for the preservation and care of the environment and the natural surroundings.

This Eco Tax will be charged directly to the PASSENGER at the HOTEL where he/she is staying.
